I recently used YouTube to show a repair made to a home during the inspections and repair phase of selling a home. It is so important for buyers to know that the repairs have been made to their satisfaction when they purchase a home. This garage door needed adjustment to function properly. With the video camera on my phone and some simple editing, we now have a video that serves to show the repairs have been made and unit is working as it should.
