22 Murray was worth the price, the land lays well, I do not see an additional building site on the property. THe home is at the end of the road and has winter mountain views. THe home has several broken windows, needs carpet and there has been some drywall work on the interior. The structure seemed sound and dry inside, the roof looked like it was in good shape.

The neighborhood is good, other homes were well kept and I felt safe there. The range of homes nearby is from $80,000 to $450,000. Nearby there is shopping mall, several car dealers,plenty of restaurants and easy access to the interstate.
